All residential roofing installation and repair work done by our team will be free from defects in our workmanship. This means we cover issues directly caused by how we installed or repaired your roof, such as improper fastening, sealing, or flashing that leads to water leaks.
Materials (shingles, underlayment, etc.) are covered by
the manufacturer’s warranty, if they provide one. We don’t warranty the materials ourselves, but we will gladly help you file a claim with the manufacturer if an issue arises with a product we supplied and installed.
Your warranty term for workmanship begins on the Completion Date of the services.
Issues with the materials themselves (those go to
the manufacturer).
Damage from extreme weather, including hail, high winds, fire, or flooding.
Damage from improper maintenance, or repairs/modifications done by anyone other than Armor Roofing.
Problems caused by the settling or shifting of your home’s foundation or structure.
Damage from things like foot traffic or objects dropped on the roof.
This warranty is limited to the roof system only and does not cover damage inside your home (like drywall or furniture).
You must notify us in writing within 30 days of
discovering the problem. Please include your
contact information, the completion date, and
a detailed description and photos of the issue.
You must provide us with reasonable access to your property so we can inspect the alleged defect.
If your claim is covered we will either:
We repair defective workmanship by identifying the root cause of the issue
and correcting it with proven,
high-quality solutions.
We replace the affected portion of the roofing system using quality materials and precise installation methods to ensure a seamless fit.
Warranty is for the original Owner only and is Non-Transferable if the property is sold.
