Tile Roof

Tile roofing, including clay and concrete varieties, is a durable, long-lasting, and beautiful option often associated with Mediterranean, Spanish, and Southwestern architectural styles.

We install both:

  • Concrete Tile: Highly durable, energy-efficient, and available in a vast array of colors and profiles (flat, curved, or S-shaped).
  • Clay Tile: The traditional choice, valued for its natural color, longevity, and resistance to fading.

Tile roofs are installed over a robust underlayment, which provides the primary waterproofing. The tiles protect the underlayment from UV rays and physical damage.

Flat Roof Coverings and Membranes

Flat roofs, while not truly flat (they require a slight slope for drainage), are a popular choice for commercial buildings and modern residential architecture. Their simplicity in design and material makes them highly versatile.

We install various flat roof systems, including TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin), PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), and Modified Bitumen. These roofs are characterized by large, seamless membranes that provide excellent waterproofing.

  • TPO and PVC: Single-ply membranes that are lightweight, highly reflective (aiding in energy efficiency), and heat-weldable at the seams for superior leak protection. They offer excellent resistance to UV rays and chemical exposure.
  • Modified Bitumen: A durable asphalt-based system reinforced with polymers, often installed in layers to create a robust, multi-ply barrier.

Composition (Asphalt Shingles) Roof

Composition roofing, primarily made of asphalt shingles, is the most common residential roofing material in North America. It offers an excellent balance of affordability, performance, and appearance.Explanation

Composition shingles are made of a base mat (usually fiberglass or organic) saturated with asphalt and covered with ceramic granules. We install various types, including:

  • 3-Tab Shingles: The most economical option, offering a flat, uniform look.
  • Dimensional (Laminate) Shingles: Thicker, multi-layered shingles that provide a richer, textured, and more visually appealing “shake-like” appearance. They also offer better wind resistance and longevity.

Metal Roof

Metal roofing is a premium choice known for its exceptional durability, energy efficiency, and modern aesthetic versatility.

We specialize in high-quality metal systems, primarily Standing Seam and Stone-Coated Steel.

  • Standing Seam: Characterized by vertical panels with raised seams that lock together, concealing fasteners. This system is highly resistant to leaks and offers a sleek, modern look. Materials include steel, aluminum, and copper.
  • Stone-Coated Steel: Stamped metal panels coated with ceramic granules to mimic the look of traditional shingles, tile, or shake, but with the strength and longevity of steel.
